Our Powder Highway Road Trip starts in Kelowna and finishes in Calgary. We will ski classic descents around Rogers Pass, Nelson, the Kootenay Pass, and Fernie. This package is catered to intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders. On days when it is snowing heavily we can ski the long trees runs. On days when it's sunny and clear, maybe we summit a few peaks. The snow is world class in an area rich with history of skiing and adventure. February/March is the perfect time to ski this road trip. Colder temperature and a mature snowpack give us a better opportunity to ski the deep snow with a reduced risk of a thin snowpack. The approaches in places like Rogers Pass are well filled in and the opportunity to summit some larger objectives is greater.
