Thomas Boillot

Born in France, Thomas grew up surrounded by diverse mountain environments, spending his early years between Corsica, the Pyrenees, and the Alps. From a young age, he developed a strong connection to nature and the wilderness, which eventually led him toward a life in the mountains. 

Thomas discovered his passion for climbing and mountaineering around the age of eighteen, quickly turning it into a full-time pursuit. He became a UIAGM/IFMGA certified Mountain Guide in 2009 after completing his training at ENSA Chamonix, the French National Mountain Guide School. 

He spent over a decade working year-round as a local guide in La Grave and the Écrins National Park, building deep experience in alpine terrain. His guiding career later expanded north, where he discovered the Lyngen Alps in Norway and continued developing his work in Arctic environments. 

Now based in Finnish Lapland, Thomas splits his time between Finland and Norway, guiding in remote Arctic terrain and sharing his experience in ski touring, mountaineering, and ice climbing. With a strong emphasis on safety and respect for the mountains, he brings a thoughtful and professional approach to every trip.
