His passion for adventure has taken him across Europe, North America, North Africa, and Asia, shaping a global perspective on mountain travel and guiding. 

Jakub has spent many years working professionally as a guide and instructor, building experience across hiking, skiing, biking, and rock climbing. His background spans multiple disciplines, allowing him to work with clients of all ability levels while adapting to a wide variety of terrain and conditions. 

With a foundation that extends beyond the mountains, including a master’s degree in computer engineering, Jakub brings a structured and thoughtful approach to guiding, combined with strong group leadership and communication skills. His work emphasizes safety, adaptability, and creating a positive experience for every guest.
