COVID -19 INFORMATION
Worldwide the Adventure Tourism sector has been hit hard due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Many people had their trips cut short or all together canceled. Here at Aurora Backcountry we are working hard preparing for our next season and we thank all those guests who have re-booked with us for next year. We are very aware that during these unprecedented times, booking a luxury holiday may feel risky with current uncertainty the future holds. We agree with you, there are a lot of unknowns at this time.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made a temporary adjustment to our 2021 booking policy to give you additional reassurance. This applies to any new booking made after July 1st 2020.
Should you need to cancel your trip, for any reason, before October 1st 2020, your full deposit will be returned with no fees – no questions asked. After October 1st our standard cancellation policy will take affect.
If your trip is interrupted due to a COVID -19 travel advisory, a full refund will be issued.
